Orders

All objects are subject to availability. Esther reserves the right to refuse an order at any time. If it is not possible to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 working days and will not be charged for an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Payment Terms

All pieces of work remain the property of Esther until the item/s have been paid for in full.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable at the current UK rate.
Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Esther within 24 hours.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Esther within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund. We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the products and return the products unopened, unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Exempt from any refunds are custom orders that have been customised to a customers request.

Please ensure items are safely packaged and returned to us using a postal tracking service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer.

Esther cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please inform Esther within 48hours of delivery and she will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible. Items must be returned for assessment and in the event of wilful damage being determined, no replacement or refund will be given.

If goods arrive damaged, they must be signed for as such and contact made with Esther.

Esther does not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Repair Policy

Esther offers repairs due to user wear and production fault. Esther is happy to provide repairs due to damage or breakage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase. After this, repairs may incur a charge.

Repairs such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a charge. Items are repaired at the owner's expense plus shipping charge.
